We undertake all building work ranging from extensions, loft conversions, refurbishment, modernization, kitchen & bathroom installations, central heating, plumbing works, electrical, roofing, plastering, decorating, wood flooring, audio visual installation, home automation, painting & decorating, interior and exterior rendering & pebble dashing.

How do I find out what building controls and planning permissions I might need?

Some works are classed as permitted development and others require planning consent and sometimes listed building consent. Please get in touch and we’ll be more than happy to help with this.

Is there any type of formal documentation to confirm my project requirements and costs?

Yes, we will provide you with an agreement signed by both ourselves and you the client outlining the project costs and the specification of the works. We feel it’s a great reassurance for our customers.

Is there any charge for a quote?

We make no charge for our initial consultation. Within which we would look to compile a detailed breakdown of your requirements and then compile your quote.

Can Peter’s Building provide architect and structural drawings?

We can either produce these in house or offer you the details of a number of Architectural and Structural engineering firms we have and still work with.
